You are “the customer”. We and us are ‘’San D days”. “The equipment” means all or any of the items hired by you from us. All equipment supplied remains the property of San D days - Baby Equipment Hire In Spain.
All of the equipment complies with EU Safety Regulations. The equipment will be cleaned and maintained to the highest standard after every rental. You are responsible to check the equipment on delivery to ensure that these standards are met. If they are not met we will replace the equipment at no extra charge.
You have full responsibility for the care and safekeeping of the equipment and you will retain it in your possession and under your control at all times.
Mattress protection covers will always be supplied by us. You are responsible for using these at all times, to avoid damage to the mattress.
You are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is used in a safe and sensible manner and used only for the purpose for which it is supplied. It is your responsibility to provide adequate supervision where appropriate.
We are not responsible for any injury, loss or claim arising out of the use or misuse of the equipment.
We agree to hire the equipment to you at the price specified in our confirmation email. The Payment for the hire cost and the personalised items (if applicable) must be paid in full in cash on delivery. We will not leave any item without payment.
Some of the equipment we have may vary in colour and brand from what is shown on the website but have similar specifications, therefore we reserve the right to deliver the equipment that may not be identical visually as the picture shown on our website.
Our main priority is you, the customer. That is why we offer FREE delivery 7 days a week within our coverage area.
